HOW TO IMPROVE OUR ENGLISH

There are many things that we can do to improve our English. which one are the best things for us will depend on the things such as our current English skills, where we live and whether our first language and here I’ll try to give you 6 ways to improve our English.

First, Take a class

Decide whether we want to enroll our English class. These classes are available through schools or community education programs in many parts of the world.

Second, Use English Daily

            If we are living in an English speaking country, we have many chances to improve our English outside a class. for example, if we have children who are learning English at school, we can improve our English by talking to them in the language and helping them with their English homework.

Third, Use Learning Tools

            Many products that we can use to improve our English, including tutorial books, recordings and computer programs.

Forth, Watch Movies With Subtitles.

            If English is not our first language, consider watching movies that are in English, with subtitle in our native language. Another option is to watch movies in our native language, with English subtitle.

Fifth, Keep Reading.

            Reading books and news in English can really help us improve our English. It can be beneficial to choose topics in which we are specially interested, which not only will increase our motivation to read, we also will be more familiar with the subject and might be able to understand the material better.

Sixth, One Word At a Time

            If we want to increase our English vocabulary, it can be helpful to focus on learning a few words at a time. For example, we can learn one new word every few days and look for opportunities to use them in conversation. We also can look and listen for words that we don’t know, write them down, then look up their meaning later.

            One of the best things to do, however is to read, write and speak English as much as possible. The more we practice the language, the more likely we are to improve our English.
